Lead, coach, and support a team to meet and exceed client expectations and SLAs.
Manage daily operations and workflow within the Settlements team.
Represent the team in client meetings and governance forums.
Champion innovation, process improvement, and compliance.
Step in for the Service Delivery Manager when required.
Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and inclusiveness.
Monitor KPIs, manage resourcing, and conduct daily team huddles.

Proven experience in mortgage processing or financial services
Strong understanding of land titles and property law
Demonstrated leadership in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems
