Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical ERP Upgrade Programme. This role focuses on delivering deep technical analysis to ensure requirements are robust, solutions are fit for purpose, and the ERP upgrade delivers measurable business value with minimal disruption.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and delivery partners to analyse current systems, define future state processes, and support the successful delivery of an SAP HANA upgrade. This role requires strong technical BA capability across SAP environments, data, integrations, and testing.

• You will lead end to end requirements gathering across finance, operations, and integrated systems, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• You will partner with SAP teams to assess the impact of the upgrade on existing processes, perform current state and future state analysis, and align outcomes with SAP standard functionality and enterprise architecture principles.
• You will support data migration, integration mapping, system configuration, and testing activities, including UAT coordination, ensuring solutions are technically sound and business ready.

• You are a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with proven experience working on SAP upgrades, ideally within SAP HANA environments.
• You bring strong process analysis, documentation, data, and testing skills, and are confident working across business and technical teams in fast-paced delivery settings.
