Are you an experienced Change Manager with a strong grounding in finance, accounting, or technical business transformation? We're looking for a confident, self‑driven Change Manager to join a high‑impact Finance Transformation Programme spanning New Zealand and Australia.
This is a unique opportunity to shape change within a large, complex environment while partnering closely with senior finance leaders—including CFO‑level stakeholders. You'll play a key role in delivering enterprise‑wide change activities across both countries, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

In this role, you will lead major change initiatives across a multi‑year transformation programme. You'll apply the organisation's Enterprise Change Management framework to design and deliver fit‑for‑purpose change, communication, and learning plans. You'll work independently and confidently across several workstreams, managing:

Strong background in finance change, ideally with exposure to accounting or technical finance environments
Experience delivering change in large, complex organisations
Ability to work independently under pressure, with a high volume of work and tight timelines
