This role requires a strong technical background combined with the ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively across technical and business teams. In this role you will,

• Manage platform operations and ensure system performance.
• Gather and refine technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Oversee technical backlog management, prioritisation, and decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between developers, managers, and product stakeholders—explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Implement DevOps, GitOps, and MLOps practices for efficient workflows.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in software engineering and solution design for large-scale businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Vision & AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern operational practices.
• Deep technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
