My client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations at their new site in South Auckland. As Warehouse Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from receiving and storage to order fulfilment and shipping. You’ll be responsible for meeting performance targets, maintaining safety standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will directly impact the client's ability to achieve DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

• Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, and dispatch.
• Monitor customer fulfilment metrics and ensure DIFOT targets are met.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
