Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
- Deliver high quality workplace, facilities, and fleet services, including office, meeting room, cafeteria, mail, courier, and equipment management.
- Act as the key onsite point of contact for support services, liaising with staff, contractors, suppliers, and site leaders.
- Provide fleet support, including driver inductions, pool vehicle management, servicing coordination, and first level driver support.
- Support health, safety, wellbeing, visitor management, onboarding, leaver processes, and office space management activities.
- Complete workplace requests, provide first level onsite technical support, and deliver accurate administrative and financial processing support.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a workplace, facilities, administration, or customer service support role, ideally within a large organisation.
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of digital confidence, including Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proven ability to prioritise, work under pressure, take initiative, and focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
- Full, clean NZ driver's licence with confidence driving passenger vehicles (maximum 30 demerit points).

- A competitive hourly rate of $32 per hour for the duration of the assignment
- A fixed-term opportunity through to 29 May 2026, providing stability and continuity
- A full-time, Monday–Friday role (8:00am–5:00pm) with predictable hours
