Despite increases in skilled migration, emerging technologies and an uncertain economic environment, almost nine in ten employers are experiencing a skills shortage now.
As competition stays high in a tight talent pool, 65 per cent of employees are planning to ask for a pay rise, citing uncompetitive salary as the top reason for looking for a new role, and just 25 per cent are satisfied with their current benefits.
