This Accounts Administrator is a friendly, approachable individual who gets on with everyone and is looking to work in a positive team and office environment. They have a lot of great experience and knows accounting transactional processes like the back of their hand. Systems used: Xero, MYOB, Crystal payroll and intermediate in Excel but has the ability to pick up systems quickly. They are immediately available as the last role was a 6-month accounts admin cover role. They are looking for anything short or long term in accounts and is also happy working solely in AP or AR. Has experience as a bookkeeper for over 5 years working with 25+ clients, and processed payroll for over 14 clients. They are an excellent communicator who can express ideas and instructions clearly and has brilliant problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations. They can work under pressure and with minimum supervision and can also work effectively in a team.
