This seasoned administrator has experience in the private and public sector with industries including construction, healthcare, insurance, and property. This candidate offers a diverse range of skills and experience and is seeking the opportunity to move back into construction. With several years' experience working as a Contracts and Project Administrator whilst also winning Contracts Administrator of the year and Top Project Team a few years back, they would be a fantastic addition to any team. 

  • Bachelors Degree in Interior Architecture.
  • Sole project administrator for construction projects ranging from $25-300 million – Managed all council documentation for resource/building consents, CPU and CCC, managed completion stage of projects by procuring all documentation including attending handover meetings with clients, managed project remedials/defects including progress pictures and subcontractor sign-offs. 
  • Assistant H&S officer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, MYOB and iTWOcx (Subject and training staff on this Project Management System).
  • Project Management Administrator for a Property Management company for several years.
  • Personal Assistant to Director – diary and inbox management, travel booking, event coordination, minute taking. 
  • Experienced with OIA’s and Ministerials.
