A dedicated, enthusiastic, and ambitious HR Advisor seeking a new opportunity with an organisation that will continuously challenge them, prioritise their professional development, whilst offering a fun and inclusive work environment. This candidate is passionate about people and would love a role with a core focus on employment relations or organisational development, although open to a more generalist role, or a role focused on international relations with the right company. 

Key skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce - Double Major in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations & International Relations.
• Several years of HR Advisory experience within a government agency based in Wellington.
• Experience with employment relations, organisational development with a key focus on ED&I, contract management, onboarding, recruitment, and training and development.
• Prior experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and currently learning Te Reo Māori (Level 1 & 2 complete).
• Proven team management experience managing up to 15 employees within the health sector during Covid - scheduling, recruitment and onboarding, training. 
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Continuously committed to understanding Aotearoa's role on the global stage, and their perspectives on international cooperation, aid, development, and trade, exploring Aotearoa's position in the Asia-Pacific region and how it can strengthen ties with the Pacific Island nations and cultivate deeper partnerships.
