Their two roles covered a firm which handled smaller to medium sized organisations, and the larger firm had mainly national and governmental firms, giving them a strong breadth of understanding in how to deal with company accounts. They took a short term role in the publicly funded sector before coming to NZ to see the country before deciding on where they wish to place their career. That journey has highlighted the lower South Island as their preference, and ideally in a CA firm to further their career.
