This candidate has a people-centric approach to their work and thrives on supporting others. They are currently employed on a part-time basis as a Coordinator/Personal Assistant within the Health Sector and, due to a restructure, are now seeking a new opportunity. This individual has glowing references, is open to full-time or part-time work and would be perfect for a direct supporting role as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, or as an Office Manager or Coordinator. 

  • Seasoned administrator with extensive experience across the education and health sectors.
  • Highly experienced EA/PA to Director, CFO’s, and Principals - Duties including diary and inbox management, travel booking, catering, event coordination, minute taking and supporting the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Fleet management.
  • H&S/Audit Lead for their region. 
  • Experience with managing financial accounts with Finance One
  • HR & recruitment experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Finance One, FlexiPurchase.
