Property specialist seeking a new opportunity to continue to develop and grow their professional career in Property / Facilities Management. This candidate is articulate, highly professional with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Residential and commercial property management experience.
• Successfully managing upgrade projects to ensure regulatory obligations and compliance standards are met across the entire property portfolio.
• Undertake all administrative tasks including viewings, advertising, vetting of applicants, contracts, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals, focusing on fixed-term agreements and long-term tenancy.
• Build friendly and professional relationships with both owners and tenants to ensure the rent continues to flow, and the properties are well presented and cared for by both parties.
• Experienced with sales across retail, automotive and power. 
• Maintaining and exercising a strong knowledge of Healthy Homes legislation, regulatory obligations, and undertaking implementation processes.
