This candidate is a multi-skilled architectural technician/designer with over 14 years of experience in the industry. They are competent in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, with the ability to identify and deal with a client’s needs by translating them into appropriate technical solutions. Following the Christchurch earthquakes of 2011, they were made head of a rebuild team, providing motivation and guidance to colleagues and taking responsibility for ensuring that the Christchurch rebuild work was coordinated across all disciplines. The aim was to provide a smooth and efficient pathway to get documentation through the compliance process as quickly as possible. Following this, they have held Senior Architectural Technician roles at various architecture and construction companies.
