They have ascended in each organisation they have spent a reasonable time in with at least one promotion per assignment which is a career based demonstration of their drive and competency. After their 4 years in CA, my candidate took some time overseas to gain some experience and exposure to how other markets work, which gave them such a huge level of success in his most recent role.

Following a relocation back to Otago, my candidate is immediately available after taking some time out travelling. They are seeking a permanent role and have ambitions to grow in the role over a good long tenure, so their next employer must have the same ambitious culture.
